The Nissan 350Z is Nissan's revival of the Z car bloodline, built on the Z33 chassis platform and sold in the US from the 2003 to 2008 model years. Powered by the VQ35DE (and later VQ35HR) 3.5 liter V6 engine, the 350Z was Nissan's modern interpretation of the legendary 240Z formula: front engine, rear wheel drive, two seat coupe (with a roadster also available). The radiator support core is the front structural assembly that holds the radiator, headlights, hood latch, condenser, and front bumper reinforcement. On the Z33, Nissan used a composite plastic radiator support, which is lighter than traditional stamped steel and allows modular component replacement without cutting and welding. This composite design is also easier to damage in front end collisions, which is why used replacements are a high demand item for 350Z restoration and collision repair work.
Our used OEM Nissan 350Z radiator support core comes from a 2003 donor vehicle. Approximately 38.5 inches wide by 9.5 inches tall by 3.5 inches deep, weighing 3.2 kg, with a protective coating applied. We inspect each unit for cracks at the most common failure points: headlight mounting tabs, hood latch area, and the lower radiator mounts. Heat tolerance is up to 250F.
