Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, buyers will receive an order confirmation email at their registered email address. This confirms that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will then contact our suppliers to verify the availability of the item for immediate delivery. We aim to deliver orders within 7 to 10 business days. However, Vaz Auto Solutions is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or the supplier. Cancellations and refunds will only be processed if the part is not delivered within 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) from the order date.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock, we will process the shipping and dispatch it within five business days from the order date. You will receive tracking information within 24–48 hours (about 2 days) from when your order is shipped from the warehouse to the registered postal address or the address specified during the order. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days from the order date, please contact us at support@vazautosolutions.com (Monday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST).
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage or loss, indicate this when signing for delivery. If your item(s) are damaged, send photos to support@vazautosolutions.com, and we will process a replacement or a refund, deducting any applicable restocking fees.
