The Mitsubishi Lancer is Mitsubishi's compact sedan, sold in the US across multiple generations. The 2007 model year introduced the CY/CZ generation (also known as the 9th generation Lancer), produced from 2007 through 2017 in standard form. This platform also underpinned the high performance Lancer Evolution X (Evo X) sold from 2008 through 2015.
