No. The third generation Tundra (XK70, 2022 onwards) uses a turbocharged V35A 3.4L V6 engine with completely different exhaust geometry and catalyst specifications. This part fits 2nd gen Tundras (2007 to 2021) with the 4.6L or 5.7L V8 only.
