Description
About the 2013 Ford F-150 Battery
The 2013 Ford F-150 uses a Group 65 size 12-volt battery with 650+ cold cranking amps (CCA) as the OEM specification across all engine choices: the base 3.7L V6, the popular 3.5L EcoBoost V6, the 5.0L V8 Coyote, and the 6.2L V8. The Group 65 form factor provides the right dimensions to fit the F-150 battery tray, and the 650+ CCA rating provides the cranking power needed to start the engine in cold conditions.
Why 2013 F-150 Owners Replace the Battery
The most common 2013 F-150 battery replacement triggers are: battery age past 4 years (typical service life), failed load test at a parts store or shop, slow cranking on cold mornings, dashboard battery warning light, electrical accessories acting strangely (intermittent dome light, radio losing presets), corrosion buildup at terminals beyond cleaning, leaking battery case, or after a deep discharge from leaving lights on. We supply new Group 65 batteries with full CCA spec and proper charge for direct drop-in replacement.

Original battery died in -10 degree weather on a January morning. Vaz confirmed Group 65 with 750 CCA upgrade for cold climate use. Battery shipped quickly, dropped in 20 minutes. Truck cranks instantly even at -15 degrees. Worth the upgrade over the standard 650 CCA.

Hot Texas summers killed my factory battery at 4 years. Vaz confirmed 3.5 EcoBoost compatibility, sent new Group 65. Drop-in install, truck starts strong again. Date code was current, not old stock, which I appreciated.
